Mozilla Firefox- We Did It Again!

nicholas - I have exciting news:

With hundreds of thousands of people like you behind us,Mozilla has been fighting to reform mass survaillance programs for a long time.

Yesterday we won a major victory for privacy: The USA FREEDOM Act was signed into law. This is a big deal. Its forward progress to restore trust online, and puts a stake in the ground for more needed reforms to come -- not just in the U.S., But around the world. That's why I wanted to send you this note -- this is a moment worth celebrating and you helped make this victory happen. Thank You.

We are just getting started. Mozilla will continue ti fight for an open web and its users. We will continue to demand greater oversight of surveillance activities by governments to keep our private communications private.

You,me,and this powerful grassroots movement we are building together -- we are on a roll. Back in February we won a real protections for net neutrality and now we've taken a major step forward to reform mass surveillance. I'm in awe of all we can do for the open web when we stand together.

Thanks again,

Mark

Mark Surman, Executive Director

P.S These victories are made possible with the support of good people all around the world. You can make a secure online donation again to Mozilla here (any amount helps) Thanks Again!
